“Hassle of walking up the stairs to the third floor with luggage”

“Location is great, but we arrived late having booked for three people and there were only beds set up and towels for two. One of the PowerPoints was faulty and gave my daughter a bad electric shock, and the beds were not very comfortable.”

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“A little too small for our liking. No room to put your belongings. Staff was responsive but not present, which seems weird for a hotel. No front desk.”

“Its location is so friendly to reach metro and railway station. Quiet spot. So many food choice around. Affordable room rate. Clean and comfy. Even though it doesn’t have a bar and a restaurant on site, there are two nice cafe next door. Will love to come bake to here in my next trip to Paris.”

“We are very disappointed with Expedia and particularly Bellvilla. On this trip through Europe, we booked several services through the Expedia app, both in Spain and France, and had no problems. Upon arriving in Paris and checking into our accommodation, we found a damaged sofa bed, only two towels (we reported our party was of four adults), no internet, no telephone line, no television service, and we weren't even sure if the heating was working properly. We reported this via message, as……

“Es una zona de restaurantes muy concurrida dirigido a comensales abiertos a la diversidad. Adicionalmente hay supermercados cerca y está a un par de calles de Rivoli. El piso es muy silencioso y aunque su estilo europeo, es decir pequeño, pudimos acomodarnos sin problema mi esposa y mis dos hijos grandes”
