“Excellent in every way. The only thing that was wrong turned out to not be wrong after all. It seemed that the a/c wasn’t working when we got into the room. The unit was blowing warm air (it was in the high 70’s) and I couldn’t get the unit to do anything. I went to the front desk and the young lady asked me if I checked the thermostat on the wall? Duh, no I didn’t realize it had one. She explained that it was a very common complaint and that she has tried to get management to put a notice in……

“Toilet kept wanting to overflow so my poor husband had to plunge it every single use! Could also use deep cleaning along basement floor boards as well as painting of bathroom door. The rest of the room was really great! And breakfast is good.”

“We stayed here when we got stuck in Scottsboro due to icy roads. The staff was nice and helped us secure two rooms. The other hotels were booked and we thought we would sleep in the car. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable . It could use a little remodeling but for the price it was good. ”
