We really enjoyed our stay here. Access and parking were easy to figure out. The furniture was comfortable, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We also enjoyed how clean and quiet our unit was and how well maintained the property was. It's perfect for families. It's very close to all the amenities and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We have stayed at this location year after year. Clean and great location. Only hiccup this trip was the dishwasher didn’t work unfortunately. The host was responsive, but it was an inconvenience for sure.

Overall, we had a good stay and everything else about the property was great. My main suggestion would be to provide guests with a more detailed guide explaining where things are located and what is provided. On our first day, we thought there were no towels or shampoo because we weren’t given clear directions on where to find them. We ended up finding the towels the following day, and we did find shampoo, although the bottles were only about 1/4 full. Also, my family commented that the pillows had spots on them and the sofa bed had markings as well. Communication after checkout could also be improved. Before leaving, I messaged to ask where we should dispose of the trash, but it has been about a week since our stay and I still haven’t received a response. Aside from those issues, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay.

The perfect private and quiet spot in the heart of it all.

We loved this clean and efficient place. The layout was perfect for everyone to feel like they had their own space — adults in the bedrooms and kids on the fold out sofa. We felt very safe and secluded while also in the heart of an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you — would surely stay again!

Pismo for presidents holiday

My family and I choose this location as it looked very welcoming in the pictures and was close to the beach and pier. The check in was easy, the property manager was accessible and sent check in details in advance which was great, and the property was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this property for a nice weekend getaway.
