"This rustic cabin in the woods was a perfect get away for unplugging and unwinding. WiFi and tvs allowed the teen to still feel connected, while the hammock, screened in porch, fire pit and natural surroundings created a sense of serenity. Clean, simple accommodations and friendly, non-intrusive host included helped make this a great stay."

"Loved that we could take our dog with us,and with the fenced in yard, it was perfect. The hot tub was nice to relax in. The property is very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts couldn't have been nicer, with many of the starting essentials like toilet paper and paper towels provided. They even provided essentials for our pooch! Thank you so much - we loved Skyline Drive!"

"We went up for a 4 day weekend planning to do a little kayaking and fishing, but the rain was not in our favor. River levels were high and water was moving fast! The house has been remodeled and very nice. We did eat breakfast in and there where pots and pan there for us to use. Me, my husband, son and daughter-in-law enjoyed the home and would definitely stay there again."

"Check-in was great. The Castaway Cottage was just how it was listed. The back porch was the best part, it was big enough for the whole family to hang out. Unfortunately when we were there it was very hot and the ceiling fans on the porch did not work. Maintenance came to try and fix them but he could not. He even came back a second time to give us another remote control to try. It did not work either. He didn’t get it fixed but was very nice and was very prompt to come out and try and fix it. He even gave us ideas and directions to destinations we wanted to try out. The river was great, the cottage had plenty of canoes and inter tubes we could use. I wish there would have been a better way to enter the river. The cottage is new so maybe one day they can get a deck built you can enter into water from. We still found a way to get into the water. They had a hot tube but we did not use it. The lay out of the cabin was perfect with 4 bedrooms and each had their own bathroom. We loved the cottage and would definitely stay there again. "

"Overall great time. Lovely home, very spacious. Hot tub worked, access to river was easy. Fire pit is huge. Enough chairs for everybody, and we had a group of 12. Found clean but definitely needs a deep cleaning, the ceiling, under beds and couches, bathroom extractors and the washing machine smelled of mold. Maybe an update of AC units, we did feel hot during the day.Will vrbo in the future with this property. "

"This home was the perfect spot close to hiking and river adventures. It is also beautiful, clean, stylish, and well appointed, with a fire pit and lovely lawn down to the river. We’ll be back!"

"We held a family reunion over the weekend and had a great time! We used the pool a lot, got to fish off the dock by the river, and the kids loved the movie room! There was plenty of space for everyone. The host sent the keypad code before check in and communication with the host was seamless. "
