“We called to check in and were given the code. We arrived at 4:15-4:30 and the code didn’t work. The reason was the cleaners hadn’t been there yet. The cleaners arrived after us to begin cleaning after check in time. We had to leave and come back even though it was past check in time. We mopped the floor when we got inside, it was dirty.
