Amazing veiw great location

We celebrated our first aniversery. The host wrnt above and beyond to get flowers balloons candles set up to surprise my wife. Host was great awnseared all questions. View of city was amazing. Property was great.

Perfect First Impression of Pittsburgh

This property was an amazing place to stay for a bunch of first-timers to Pittsburgh. Amazing skyline views of the Downtown core, walking distance to PPG Paints Arena and the downtown core as well as what we thought was the best nightlife area in Carson Street. The property was also very clean, had exciting features like the games room, and was able to accommodate all 8 of us. Would recommend this place to any first timers in Pittsburgh!

Pittsburgh Spring Break

This home was everything the pictures promised it would be. Our family was amazed at how big this home truly is. It just kept going and going!! The local coffee and French press definitely made my husband happy in the mornings. We had more than enough space to be comfortable and would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises. The host was very communicative and we didn’t have any issues. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Pittsburgh area.

Mt Washington

Clean, comfortable, spacious for our group of 7 that included teens and children. Everyone could retreat to their own space for privacy and quiet time. We especially enjoyed the location and the decks with the gorgeous views of the city. Access to downtown and the stadiums was pretty simple. Chad was always quick to respond to our inquiries. We will give this listing 5 stars and will book again in the future. It was perfect for our family.

Great stay!

We had a great trip and the house was a perfect base of operations. The bedrooms with king beds are huge - and the play/rec room in the basement was clutch for our teenage boys. The view though was the showstopper. Lots of time was spent on the top floor deck overlooking the city. The only thing to note was there was not a dining room or large table for everyone to eat at. We ate dinners sitting at the stools along the island and the counter. There were plenty of seats but not ideal to all eat together as a group of 6. The communication from the host was top rate. Quickly responded and addressed any questions we had. Highly recommend!

New Years Stay

Great house. Enjoyed the stay. Would stay there again. Every thing was great and you can't beat the location to downtown Pittsburgh where we saw 2 hockey games, 10 minute drive to the stadium. The kids liked the game room and my wife liked the fast internet since she had to do some work while we were there. Driveway for parking and a garage for parking inside. Easy check in and check out. Communication with the owner was easy, no issues there. Quiet neighborhood. Restaurants within walking distance. Once again a very nice place to stay, and hope to come back in the future. Thank you. Home was amazing and located in a good area. Close to areas in Pittsburgh we were visiting for a concert at PPG Paints arena. Had all the amenities you could ask for. The view was amazing as we got to see the beautiful colors of the fall leaves. Even had a deer in the front yard one evening. Great communication with the host. Would recommend this property.

What an absolutely beautiful house and location! Really appreciated the extra parking this house provided as most rental homes on Mt. Washington rely on street parking (a real headache in this neighborhood). Chad was always responsive to any questions I had and he checked in several times during our stay. Wonderful views of the city below. Walking distance to the incline. Would recommend eating/shopping on Shiloh Street across from the incline. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic house and views in Pittsburgh

We spent President's Day weekend at this beautiful home in the Mount Washington neighborhood. Our kids, from pre-teen to twentysomethings, loved the many tvs and the game room! The views are amazing, the house was clean and well stocked, looked exactly as shown in the photos online. Property manager was helpful and super responsive when questions arose. Would definitely stay again!

A fun getaway with a view!

We spent a few days in Pittsburgh and chose this property because it looked like a fun, and nice place to spend time. We were impressed with the process by Chad and team and also the house itself. We wanted to spend our time in the house instead of going out! Recommend this for a group!!

We loved the house. It was stocked w/everything you would need. Impeccably clean & comfortable. My 11yo grandson loved the queen sized bed. We all felt the beds were very comfortable. Only drawback for us in our 70’s was a lot of stairs. But view was beautiful

What a view!

The townhouse was clean, comfortable, spacious and new. Fantastic view on a deck overlooking the city below with ample seating that was very comfortable. We cooked brunch each morning and were very impressed with the kitchen cookware, supplies, appliances and barware. Top notch and brand new. Cozy beds and large bath towels. Only recommendation would be to supply a blow dryer and hotel size bottles of body wash and shampoo for each shower. Overall I would rate this as excellent. I have used VRBO many times and this rental did not disappoint.

Amazing city views

This is the most well stocked property I’ve stayed in, in terms of kitchen supplies, board games, extra blankets and even bar supplies. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, they did not provide bar soap or shower gel so bring those items but they did provide shampoo and conditioner. The game room was a hit for the children and so were the board games. The views are amazing, especially at night. The check-in process was the easiest I’ve had with any property. The property doesn’t have a full size ironing board. It has a small one that sits about 2 inches off the floor. That was a bit of a struggle and there were a few housekeeping issues. I made the owner aware but they were very responsive so it shouldn’t be a problem for future guests. Additionally, they said they would’ve provided a full size ironing board if we would’ve contacted them during our stay. The house is very spacious, lots of room for a large family and garage parking along with additional parking in the driveway. We would stay here again.

Superb place! Highly recommended!

Group of 10 in Pittsburgh to celebrate the graduation of our daughter from Duquesne University. Initially had reserved through another platform another place in downtown Pittsburgh. On our first night we encountered severe problems. We had to look for alternatives. Luckily enough we found that Bella Vista was available. Looking for a property for 10 people on such a short notice was not an easy task. We were blessed to find Gene and being able to accommodate us on such a short notice. The property itself is magnificent. Initially, when looking for places to stay I did not consider any property in Mt. Washington thinking it was far from downtown Pittsburgh. Big mistake! This property is only a short 7-10 mins drive to downtown Pitt. Uber arrives in a short period. The view from the property is amazing! It was extremely clean. The kitchen area and family room is superb and great for parties/celebrations. The TV/projector was great! It even has a gameroon in the lower floor. I believe the description of the property in the VRBO website is understated with respect to all the amenities this property offers. Thanks Gene for saving our graduation celebration!

Internet inconsistency was a BIG problem when a group is gathered to watch football during a long holiday weekend. Just get a basic cable package and make it easy! Dinig space was also a little tricky, but we made it work...wish there was one more bathroom/shower.
