Great location, adjacent to the stadiums and near many dining options on the North Shore. Lot of construction going on but that was not the fault of, nor under the control of the hotel property. I think the property is generally in good condition. I do think the bathrooms could definitely use an upgrade and a facelift. Paint was literally peeling off the bathtub in my room and there was a water leak in the wall, also the toilets need to be upgraded, they are way too low.

Great hotel on the north shore very close to both stadiums and heaps of fun museums and attractions. The staff were super and attentive. Good breakfast and pool.

Lights were blinking in hallway. Parking needs to be better, had to walk pretty far from lot. Kitchen staff could be friendlier.

This property is located across the street from PNC Park, so convenient for attending a baseball game. I loved the property but I can't say the same for Expedia. When I booked with Expedia I realized within 5 minutes that I booked the wrong weekend (I needed 8/8, not 8/1). I contacted Expedia right away and they wouldn't let me reschedule for the correct date. I had to pay for a room I never used. I ended up booking with the property directly for the correct date. Reason not to ever use Expedia again!

Right across the street from PNC Park. Area is lovely with lots of restaurants sports and shopping nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful and house restaurant, So Ho was great! We had three meals there each one better than before.

The property was fine however I was charged first by Expedia for my stay, which was expected, then $100 for incidentals at the hotel, the remainder of which would be returned to me after my stay. Then the evening after I checked out, another $123.45 was on hold in my account from the hotel. I was going waiting for the hold to release, which 6 days later it still has not, and then 4 days after checking out, an ADDITIONAL $233.45 was charged to my account!! It was very challenging reaching someone to help me with the hotel, and then I was told sorry about that- it could take 7 days to return the money to your account. These erroneous charges have held up all the cash I had in my checking account and created a very serious hardship for me. I will not use Expedia again-not worth the hardship of paying twice.will not stay at a Springhill Suites again. Its now been 6 days after my stay and I'm still navigating the consequences of the transaction. I don't trust this company and the minimum was done to try to fix the situation. If $369 of their assistant managers checking account was taken from her due to an error, I feel like she would care. Bus since this was my money, not theirs, I did not get the impression they cared. No receipts or emails ever backed up the charges...just random charges made after I left.
