「Cleanness: Very poor. The room was very dusty and did not feel fresh or properly cleaned. I am not sure when the room was last thoroughly cleaned. The blanket and pillows also felt dusty, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, the cleanliness was disappointing and fell well below my expectations. Based on my experience, I don't think the hotel deserves the high ratings shown on Expedia. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its housekeeping...

「The geographical location is very good.」

「Great location, cross street to the river trail and the free train to downtown. Excellent breakfast choices with 5 star hotel quality. Staffs are friendly.」

「員工非常友好」

「One of the worst hotels to stay in!!! Beg bugs almost crawl to my face!!! Multiple stains on mattress!!!! The service was not good. Very bad experience! 」

「warm and welcoming like a self-Service home. Nice furnitures, Nice View. There are Target, Whole food market very closed, a Classic Church , An appreciating PItts Public Library beside the hotel, and guess what, Duolingo located around too. Thank you for your warm treatment, Kasa. And touched by visiting Pittsburgh Public Library and Pittsburgh Symphony, Heinz Hall, Pittsburgh City, CMU, PU…..My Love. Pitts City, Not only One of the Top World’s Tech Innovation City, but also a Life Respecting...

「After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.」

「不满意.停车费收了我70美元」
