「Helpful staff at front desk. Aware of potential smell at reception area but staff sprayed freshener. Pictures on website look newer than actual property, but generally clean and quiet still. Did not get to try their breakfast.」

「All employees were so wonderful and accommodating, waterpark was a fun time for all involved, would book with this property again and again just on customer service alone! Was looking forward to breakfast that wasn’t included, so just prepare ahead. Expedia however didn’t have current operations hours posted on their site and took away half of our promised experience. Thank you to the staff at Splash Universe for a great time!」

「Everything was fantastic at the hotel. The only issue the toilet would plug and you would have to wait and then it would go down. But this hotel is very quiet. And you are able to sleep. Enjoy your time.」
