“The check in staff were warm and inviting. Very helpful in finding a place to go grab dinner in town. Cookies on the night stand sold me. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were modern and clean.”

It looks like it used to be a pretty major hotel back in its day (glass elevator overlooking what probably used to be an indoor pool.) It’s now tiled over and looks like a huge reception hall surrounded by rooms that overlook it. Our room was quite spacious! “Everything was great about the room staff the area. Our only problem was that they wanted to clean our room at 9:00 a.m.. we were still in our room at 9:00 a.m. and if they didn't clean the room at that specific time then your room didn't get cleaned at all no exceptions. So for the 4 days we were there our room didn't get cleaned once not once no matter how many times we complained”

“No ice in the ice machine, room had a horrible smell, the mattress was as hard as the floor and there was no heat or air in the room.”

“Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. ”

“The first room I was given had dirt between the sheets as well as something pink spilled in them. Soaked through to the mattress pad. I could tell they had not been changed. I politely asked for a set of clean sheets as I believed one of the beds had been overlooked. He said he will come change them.
