Villa ten minutes walk from Pollensa

"The Villa was really good, however the furniture and beds are starting to show their age. The Outside space and pool and the pool area are excellent. We were without running water for a day when the pump failed but Paco (the Host) worked tirelessly to rectify the issue with local tradesmen. This is an excellent location for seeing the north of the Island, the Sunday market in Pollença centre between 9am and 2pm is a must visit and is a 20minute walk from the Villa. Puerto Polensa is 10 minutes away by car and has some nice restaurants on the promenade, Alcúdia old town is also another great place to visit and is a 20 drive away. Best beach is Formentor Playa, which has free parking but you need to be there early say around 9:15am to be sure of getting in, the sunbeds on the beach are comfortable but cost 15 each plus you also have to pay for the parasol.The bedrooms have air conditioning, which is a must when you’re getting temperatures over 30C as we did through our week long stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving equipment, and there are 3 fridges/freezers situated in key places to keep food and drinks cold and fresh. Watch out for the insects that bite in the evening if your outside, we needed lots of repellant to keep them at bay and still got attacked. The property has parking for 3/4 cars, We took to reversing in so that we could easily leave when we wanted to as the entrance is quite tight and a bit blind. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das zweite Bad mit direktem Zugang vom Poolbereich ist ebenso schön wie das Bad im Haus. Highlight ist der große Pool inmitten des wunderschön angelegten Gartens mit Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Guillem war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Wonderful property and staff. Food and wine were excellent. My only concern when booking the hotel was the remote nature and distance from coves/beaches. That wasn’t an issue at all. Easy access to the water and town. Would absolutely stay here again. Saltwater water pool was a nice touch."

"Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind da und haben von den Vermietern alles bekommen was wir brauchten. Inklusive neuem Spielzeug usw. es war wirklich toll. Auf jede Frage wurde direkt reagiert. Sie sind wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Der Garten/Pool ist toll. Die Lage ist auch super. Die Größe der Unterkunft war perfekt für 4 Leute. Es gab alles was wir brauchten und die Küche war super ausgestattet.Die Betten sind auch bequem.Wir würden diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und würden auch jederzeit wieder zurück kommen. Vielen Dank für Alles!"

"An amazing place to stay in the heart of Pollensa old town. Having a garage was amazing and we had so many outdoor spaces to choose from. The house was cool and the air conditioning really effective. Beautifully decorated and surpassed expectations. Thank you!"

"Just home from a great week . House was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed even Tupperware to take lunch to the beach. Very quiet location, but only a couple of minutes walk into the centre of Pollensa., with numerous restaurants etc. We hired a car for the week, which was a great way to explore the beautiful island. We always managed to find parking in nearby streets. Would love to return to this house and area."
