「Excellent place to stay. Nice rooms, nice pool, and the lake views are exceptional!」

「After booking hotel stated there was lots of loud construction. And would not refund.」

「The property was in very poor condition and clearly not properly cleaned. There were cobwebs on the ceiling in the living room, and we even found a man’s underwear under the sofa cushions. The dishes and pots were all dirty and had to be washed by hand.The bathroom was extremely dirty. The shower was very small, about the size of a camper’s shower, with no space to place soap, shampoo, or a razor. It was uncomfortable to use and also had mold. The toilet had hair, showing it had not been cleaned...

「What a fantastic place to stay at in Northstar! It was very clean upon arrival. The only downside was we realized how out of shape we are with it being on the 3rd floor with the higher altitude haha but other than that would highly recommend and stay here again!」
