The property is way overdue for updates. Peeling paint inside and out. No one at the front desk for check out. The breakfast was fine, normal offerings but no syrup for the waffles. Parking is terrible. You have to use your key card to get into the hallways but the back door was wide open. Mold and rust in the bathrooms, stained and broken curtains. The staff seemed put out when we asked for enough towels for the number of guests in the room. Would not recommend, will not stay there again.

Desk clerk friendly and helpful on check in. Comfortable bed, room needed some updating but overall good for price range. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Scrabbled eggs tasted like made from powder and sausage just average. Fruit ( apples and oranges) edible but not fresh. Stayed 3 days and ate cold cereal and bagel the remaining 2 days. Limited coffee also.

While the room we were in looked like it had new floors and the bed was comfortable, the toilet and shower room is VERY outdated and needs attention. Overall, I would give the bathroom, 1 star. The door does not stay open. We saw spiders. Lastly, the air-conditioning unit made a constant noise ALL night long. It sounded like the ocean at times, thus why we did not say anything but, I would suggest updating the units, as well. Great location right next to Highway 80 and a straight show to the mountains. Beautiful area. They just need to invest more into the hotel.

Overall, the place was not bad. The main thing was that the building really, really needed some upkeep, meaning a lot of dry rodt everything old, the texture in the bathroom was cracking. So major renovations are needed. The location was very nice close to the freeway. Very safe and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Overall, not bad. Would I stay there again? Maybe, just for the price.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Cigarette smoke looming throughout the entire hotel(didn't bother us but something to definitely note), the room itself was absolutely gross -- grease/ dirt grime all over the walls, shower caulking was mildew ridden, particles/ hair in the "clean sheets" on the bed, AC sounded like it was on its last leg, appliances and such were definitely older(not a bad thing but again the cleanliness was an issue), the list truly goes on. We were so tired from the event we were up here for that we just gutted through it and went on our way the next day. I felt necessary writing this review because none of the other reviews matched what we thought our stay would be like in choosing this hotel because of them. It is sad because overall it looks like this hotel went through a remodel not too long ago to some capacity, definitely the exterior but im fearing they just "put lipstick on a pig" and didn't actually update the facility. Would not recommend staying here unless you do not mind dirty conditions. The greeting at the front was really nice, the gal that checked us in was awesome and very informative, she gets 5 stars.
