“My family, four adults and two little ones, had a most delightful stay at Karen and Scott’s guest house. The house is very clean, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen spacious and very well stocked and the grounds beautiful! The area is great for exploring both nature and nearby towns/parks. Our hosts could not have been better. Communication was exceptional. They were flexible, generous and knowledgeable. I have stayed in many rentals over the years, and this rates as one of the best! ……

“Apartment was clean, bright with comfortable beds. Great location for Berkshires visit, close to Tanglewood and all places fun. Only drawback for us (me and two college friends) was that we brought food for breakfasts and it’s not set up for eating in. No sink in the small kitchen so paper plates and plastic utensils are provided. Small but useful refrigerator. Only a microwave. Small coffee maker but Jodi nicely provided lots of coffee so we weren’t ornery in the morning! Brought in picnic food……

“First, the property is so unique...it is hard to believe that we got all 12 of us to fit so comfortably. Everything is old and new: all the charm of an old farmhouse with all the modern conveniences for everyone to be comfortable. Brenda was fantastic, always promptly answering questions and providing information. When we couldn't get the modem to work, she went into overdrive and we finally located the problem (at our end, a simple fix!) and we had great service all weekend. Check in and……

“The nearly 200-year old Carley Farmhouse nestled amidst the Vermont hills is a real keeper! The natural beauty of the area is stunning, and nature lovers will appreciate the bird chatter, occasional monarch butterfly, starry skies, complete with fireflies in the yard! Gather chairs around the firepit in the yard at night and enjoy it all. Inside, there are several living areas including a small back sunporch that is a quiet retreat both during the day and at night. We didn't end up using the……

“Great price and value relative to hotel down in greenfield. The home was clean and beds were comfy. Loved we could bring our dogs to romp and hike with us on the expansive grounds. Hot tub was a plus as was ping pong table and tether ball. We couldn’t access the fire pit the first night as we planned because it was fenced in goat herd - Which was cool but a bit smelly in the night breeze with guard dog barking so had to shut the Windows.”
