「We were in Indianapolis because my sister was having heart surgery, which was postponed so we went home a day and was told - near as I can tell - that we would be refunded one night, which we weren't. We had two towels and one hand towel, old, worn, and scratchy. One of which was heavily stained as if someone had used it dying their hair. No coffee maker or iron / ironing board, there was what appeared to mold where the tub and surround meet. With one exception, the staff spoke little English...
