The neighborhood is older, but the neighbors I interacted with were friendly. Inside of the house was very clean & exceeded my expectation. There was a lot of space for my 3 kids & dog with 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen & bathroom. It also had a backyard where I could take my dog. Parking was first come, first...

Walls are a bit thin so if you are a light sleeper, you might want to consider some ear plugs. FYI - There was a cookie sheet and the unit has both a smoke detector and CO2 monitor.」
