“The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

“Clean spacious room with full kitchen and 30 second walk to the beach. Friendly and courteous staff and easy free parking. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, outdoor concerts, movie night on the beach. Located on a quiet side street so the best of both worlds. “Beautiful apartment. 20 minutes to the beach or to salem. Decent neighborhood. The apartment was perfect- probably the cleanest one ive ever been in. Beds sp comfortable. Only issue was there is only one parking space. We couldnt park in the lot across the way (bank threatened to tow us, even though clearly others used it overnight). Pleanty of street parking though! We had 3 cars.”

“It was a good location and the inside was very nice. The only thing, although small, is every unit had a screen in the window except ours which I would have loved to open the window.
