“Apartment (attached to a home in a quiet residential neighborhood) was perfect for my husband and me. We were in the area for a wedding in nearby Magnolia and the location was ideal. Very clean, lots of thoughtful extras provided, king-size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking (much more usable equipment than the dull knives, 27 corkscrews and three wine glasses that we have found at other properties claiming a well-stocked kitchen). “The Cozy Pine was a great rental! It was convenient, clean, quite and safe!! When I walked in I smelled all the welcoming fragrances that filled the room and it felt like I was walking into home!! Ms. Pat was an amazing Host , helpful, fun and outgoing. She had the southern hospitality that made you wanna sit and talk all night!! We truly felt like we were with family!! The home is spacious and child friendly. I would recommend to anyone traveling into Brenham, Chapel Hill, Hempstead, Prairie……

“This condo is advertised as luxury but it is not. The bed and pillows were awful and all the supplies are super cheap. I would have paid half of what it was per night. It was clean enough but not worth the value. ”

“The condo was clean and felt new on the inside. The bed was very comfortable. Toiletries were well stocked. The view on the patio was very nice and the table/chairs outside were clean and felt new. We only stayed one night and it was extremely quiet. Grounds were well kept and pool was nice. We had to sign a contract before staying (first time i experienced that on vrbo).
