“My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We had lots of space for my 4yo to run around and each of my 3 kids had their own room. The house was very clean and the host was easily able to contact if I had questions or concerns. We would def. stay here again”

“Reggie was the perfect host and is home was exactly what we needed for our weekend in New Haven. The cozy house was so comfortable and well appointed, we felt right at home away from home. The location was ideal for take-out on our first night, and the kitchen was stocked with the equipment needed to cook breakfast each morning of our stay. Poor weather kept us indoors, but the backyard and entertaining area would have been great for lounging. If our travels take us to New Haven again, we will……

“I rented Anna’s beautiful home for my son’s wedding weekend. It was the perfect house for entertaining immediate family for wedding preparations and activities! We enjoyed a barbecue out in the backyard overlooking the mountains the night before with the fire roaring in the natural firepit on the patio. “I stayed at this home for two nights and it fully exceeded my expectations! This property was in a lovely neighborhood with convenient location to surrounding stores in the New Haven area. The location also provided multiple parking spots which made our trip much less stressful. Our host was very accommodating and was quick to answer any comments or questions we had. “Where do i begin, on a last minute trip to CT we chose this place we needed a comfy place for the pups and wanted the privacy that a house afforded. This place checked all the boxes, exceeded our expectations and felt so comfortable the moment we walked in. Tne neighborhood wasquiet and beautiful, the house open, spacious and well appointed. I love the fenced in yard for the pups and a nice backyard area when the weather is nice. Overall this place is an absolute gem and we'll be back!”

“Super-clean and the kitchen cabinets and drawers were all labeled-a great convenience. The house is situated in a quiet and tranquil spot, perfect for unwinding and enjoying one’s companions. Not avlocation for people who need entertainment, but want tranquility and nature. Would be great if there could be access to the washer and dryer, especially when folks are in and out of the sweet lake. The owners are extremely king and helpful.”

“We stayed here while visiting our family. The property was clean, quiet and exactly as described. The kitchen seemed well stocked. The huge washing machine/dryer was great after our cross country drive. There are just a few things to be aware of: the bathroom is on the second floor. The bed we slept on was not too too comfortable (a little firm for our tastes). The single bed was very firm. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.”

“What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen.”
