Access to the loft is as depicted with a metal ladder so it might not suit all travelers. Shopping and restaurants are a short walk up Magazine St. This neighborhood is equidistant to the French Quarter and Uptown so it would be a great base for new visitors to explore the city. 「The location was excellent, but noisy from the street. Rooms were large. Coffee maker and dryer did not work. They replaced coffee maker after 4 days and never addressed the dryer. Wouldn't stay here again, received apologies of inconvenience or no response.」
