The staff was excellent, both friendly and helpful. The one concern was that we asked for maintenance to fix several things but they either forgot or just didn’t look at the broken hand towel holder (hanging off the wall), the clear tape on the ceiling and the somewhat noisy HVAC system. The restaurant is very good with staff being very efficient and attentive.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff, especially Ms. Alicia were warm, professional and went above and beyond. Our room was extremely clean and surpassed my expectations. I always travel with cleaning supplies and the room was exceptional. The bed was comfortable with blackout curtains. Happy hour and restaurant at the hotel was great.

When I tell you, this was my first stay with this hotel and I throughly enjoyed it. Alicia the hotel clerk was the best. Don’t let me mention Carl the ballet, the friendliest guy you’ll ever meet. My stay was exceptional.
