The backyard provides enough space for plenty of activities such as sunbathing, picnics, playing games, swimming, fishing, or having a fire. Each of the 4 bedrooms has comfortable beds, multiple outlets, dressers, and closet space. The master bedroom comes with a private and spacious bathroom. The kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, extra cabinet space, and a large countertop. All dishes, pots & pans, and utensils are provided. The living room holds two couches and has a large flat-screen TV which makes this area a perfect spot to connect with family and friends. The ceiling height is lower than average in the family room area.

Guests will be able to access the full property which includes the house, the backyard, and water rights!

What makes the area special is the beautiful scenery. From the clear cut mountains in the summer to the vibrant colors of the fall, you won`t find anything like it. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, friendly, and private.

Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. in order to get to the Champlain Centre Mall or various grocery stores, simply get onto the highway southbound until you reach exit 37. If you are looking for a scenic walking route, be sure to visit Point au Rouche State Park. Take a right onto route 9 until you see Point au Rouche road on your right.

**A 20% refundable security deposit will be held on the credit card used to book. This hold will take place starting two days before check-out and will automatically be refunded 7 days after check-out.
1) Please be respectful of our neighbors, we have a zero-tolerance policy for any noise complaints. If you receive more than one noise complaint, you will be asked to leave the property. Additionally, you may be charged a $75 fee.

2) Any property damages done will be at the expense of the guest.

3) Set the 3 thermostats to 65° before checking out. Turn the heat off during the warm seasons.

4) Return key to lock-box during check-out. Any missing key(s) will result in a $50 fee.

5) Do NOT under any circumstances enter the neighbor`s property or use their dock / ramp.
