Everything about our stay was perfect! We were greeted upon arrival by the friendly hosts. The location, amount of space, comfort, amenities and conveniences were all top notch. We hope to visit again next year!

Perfect location for a ski trip

Rex and Kay take great pride in this place and it shows. Very clean and very nice. Would recommend for family and/or friends get away.

Immaculate home with beautiful interior. Couldn't ask for more. Welcoming hosts, plenty of parking and beautiful landscape make it a five star.

Great location

This was a wonderful place to stay to enjoy the area around Lake Placid but be far enough away from the crowds to enjoy the quiet beauty as well. Rex and Cay were great hosts. Loved the villages of Keene and Keene Valley. Great proximity to Whiteface Mt area as well.

Not just a rental but a home away from home.

Very nice well equipped house that had everything you could need. It was very enjoyable and we appreciated the quality features, the fireplace and the furniture. Super close to Whiteface Mountain and we loved the skiing.

Let me start with saying Perfect on every aspect! We arrived as guests and left as friends.Definitely will stay there every time we are there.Thanks to Rex and Cay for being the best hosts, beautiful house that is kept so well, has everything that you need in the house and the kitchen. Their love to serve and good heart for kids. It became super memorable for kids as Rex even spent time with my son coaching him basketball 2 days. Something he never had to do. Quick Ski Trip

A beautiful property close to Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid. Very spacious, has everything you can possibly need, the owners were absolutely wonderful to work with. We felt like we were staying at a very upscale property for a price lower than most hotels. In fact, it's about half as much the cost with the comfort of feeling like home!

Great place to stay, clean and quiet. Location is close to everything in the area. Host Rex and Cay were extremely nice! House has everything and if we needed anything they were there to help. Would definitely stay there again!

A beautiful place. Impeccably clean, and our every need was anticipated. The hosts were lovely people. If you like to cook, a very well appointed kitchen. If you want to hike the high peaks, you couldn't find a better location. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Exceptional! Thoughtful Amenities, well divided into two master suites, just perfect!

All 4 of us agreed it was well stocked w every kitchen gadget you’d want, the radiant heat throughout was lovely, the living room overlooked well stocked bird feeders which provided endless birding opportunity. Rex really is a super host!

Perfect getaway place

We enjoyed our stay - perfect for our family trip to Lake Placid and surrounding area. Everything you could ever want - listing is very accurate. So clean and spacious and incredibly nice and responsive hosts. Loved watching the birds from the screen porch, wonderful soaker tub and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

The property is beautiful and the home is very cozy and has everything you need and more! The owners were very friendly and helpful. We forgot a few things for dinner and they were kind enough to lend from their own kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I were looking for a winter experience in the mountains. What better place than the home of two Winter Olympics and ongoing Olympic development training? Our stay with Rex and Cay was fantastic!

Great girl’s hiking weekend

The space was beautiful, plenty of room for four friends. The kitchen was really well stocked and perfect for cooking our dinners. Cay met us on arrival to give us a tour and was so friendly, and even picked some blueberries for us! We did a fabulous hike at Jay Mountain Trail - just 7 minutes from the house to the trailhead. Would love to stay here again.
