“We stayed in the hotel for one night before flying home. It was very convenient, with its own car park, but we didn’t get to use facilities like the pool.The location is great - right next to a surfing beach, the restaurant menu looked great but we were too tired to use it and the staff were excellent. The room was a good size, with a small balcony looking over the beach - a safe provided and room facilities were good, only two negative observations- paper cups were provided for hot drinks……

“Passing through and needed somewhere to stay . This was ok BUT location is too remote ! It’s 30mins walk to beach and shops not less time as host advised . There is a shuttle service 5x / day .. it’s ok but was late by 30mins on arrival . Not a good start ! Very uneven surface if you decide to walk !NOT suitable for elderly or disability / children to walk this dirt track ! ”

“Hotel a little run down. Clean. Staff helpful when we needed them. Parking very difficult. Elevator worked well. Plumbing very noisy in the walls. Local gathering outdoor area across the street which can be noisy at times. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. ”

“Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Der Service war hervorragend, alles war super sauber und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die sehr guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Hotelgelände für 10 € pro Tag. Alternativ kann man kostenfrei an der Straße parken. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, und auch im Hotel selbst war es sehr ruhig. Das Fitnessstudio ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Apartment hatte wirklich alles, was man braucht: Geschirr,……

“Rigtig hyggeligt generelt og meget luksuriøst - dog var der kun 1 opvarmet pool ud af 7 og kun 3 af dem var dybe. Men virkelig lækkert ophold og ville klart tage dertil igen”

“Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base. Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters. From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat. You’re essentially on the climb the moment you roll out. You can head straight toward Teide or descend as far as you like……

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“Nice bright room, recently decorated , had a small shower room and toilet and a separate sink area within bedroom. Basic but adequate , no hairdryer. Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room. Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation . Complicated check-in procedure as no front desk , all communications in Spanish and not done through Hotels direct but through my WhatsApp account. This annoyed me . Information should……

“The room was great, spacious, excellent shower and bath. The balcony was huge. The resort was definitely very family friendly. Kids club was very good”

“The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice. Angela was a great bartender and made sure we had an amazing time everyday. The food at the bar especially burgers, chicken sandwich, oysters, were all really good. Breakfast was amazing. The only downside was we had lost our key late at night. When arriving at the hotel at 1-2 am I was told that there was not another key available and we would have to wait until 7 am for someone to get a key. We were scolded for losing it . Which I……

“Spa was fantastic. Service was excellent. Hotel is dated as seen by peeling wallpaper, a phone next to toilet that is inoperable and low budget art on the walls. ”
