「Hotel a little run down. Clean. Staff helpful when we needed them. Parking very difficult. Elevator worked well. Plumbing very noisy in the walls. Local gathering outdoor area across the street which can be noisy at times. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. 」

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「Basic hotel with options to take full board. Room wasn’t cleaned to a high standard and bed very uncomfortable. Good value for a stopover.」

「our window was faced into a corridor so there was no fresh air nor a beach view. one of the bathrooms in the hostel smelt very musty but the other one was fine. besides those two things, we thought the space was ideal for the two of us. bathrooms were always super clean! 」

「Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Der Service war hervorragend, alles war super sauber und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die sehr guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Hotelgelände für 10 € pro Tag. Alternativ kann man kostenfrei an der Straße parken. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, und auch im Hotel selbst war es sehr ruhig. Das Fitnessstudio ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. 「Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base. Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters. From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat. You’re essentially on the climb the moment you roll out. You can head straight toward Teide or descend as far as you like...

「To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....
