“There were a collection of things that made our stay less than disappointing. Number 1: There was an extremely drunk guest who harassed our group several nights in a row, even threatening to throw a table at us. Miguel, the hotel manager, told us after we complained that there was nothing he could do until the guest physically assaulted us and is witnessed by a member of staff. Very odd and we felt totally unsafe walking around incase we came across this aggressive guest. Other reasons……

“The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful, but the blankets were dirty. I showed one of the cleaning ladies my blanket and asked for a clean one. She said it was just old, folded it, stored it in the cabinet, and gave me another blanket. I left right afterwards and didn’t really look at it. When I returned, I saw that it was dirty with a very large stain on it. Having dirty blankets was a big problem. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallways. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, welches wir an der Rezeption, sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant (Alma) erleben konnten. Frühstück und Speisen im Restaurant sind top. Die Buchung der Massage, können wir auch empfehlen.”

“The hotel itself is good. We had a large clean room on the ground floor. There was plenty of wheelchair access everywhere. The staff are really helpful and made us a 'breakfast picnic' we could collect the night before as we were leaving early the next morning before breakfast started. They were all really nice and polite. We were given 2 single beds. Mine was fine but my husband's was so noisy, every time he turned over in bed it made a really loud noise.
