“Place is lovely. Very clean and looks modern. The three restaurants you can book are nice, the Asian isnt the best. The buffet is manic. Its too small for the amount of people there. You cannot hear yourself at some points. The pools are clean, tidy and waters warm. Kids loved the waterpark. The towel/sunbed situation is not good at all. Daily, i had to wake up at 6:45am, just to get 4 sunbeds. Some days, this was too late. They need to manage people just leaving their towels on the beds more as……

“ Recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days celebrating a special birthday as a girls holiday and overall we were impressed, the facilities that we visited frequently (pool and bar!) were indeed 5* including being spoilt with some impressive live singing and dancers during the day. Victoria was absolutely amazing and could not have done enough for us, thank you Victoria. The al a carte restaurant was amazing and the staff were indeed 5*, as well as the cocktail & coffee making We couldn’t……

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“The accommodation here is faultless. Spotlessly clean, spacious and modern. I could live in the apartment! You do really need a car if you’re staying here though and there’s no car parking on site - the closest is about a 10 min walk away. Also, they don’t include pool towels so it’s a €2 charge per day plus a deposit if you need one. Finally, we were told we could book a table for dinner in the evening but when we came to book, they said it’s not possible as the restaurants are not part of the……

“Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work”

“Very nice located club with Pool (Open 10-6/7 pm). Very Layed back. Friendly Open-minded Stuff, giving Great advice e.g. where to Go best for día de canarias or where you can find the best local markets. No Party Location. We had a large 2 Bedroom Appartment with Two bathrooms and a huge balcony, which was Perfect for 2 adults and two kids. Nearby is a small mall área with excellent Restaurants and a Dino Supermarked. That was fine for us. As it is close to TF Sur Airport you can hear the planes……

“We stayed for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but that means it is quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts below. Probably not a hotel for anyone who struggles with mobility. Check in was ok, emailed in advance to advise we were arriving before 5pm check in and ask for a specific grade of room which we had paid for. “Very enjoyable stay, lovely reception staff and cleaners. Great poolside bar with very reasonable prices. Apartment was comfortable with good kitchenette and wifi, however, there is no a/c and ceiling fans are useless so I'm not sure if it would be bearable in mid-summer. This is our third time staying here and the glass around the pool has been filthy each time, which is a pity considering the rest of the place is very clean.”
