We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony ”

“Fabulous holiday in this hotel. Apartment was great, bedroom, kitchen and sitting area were all excellent. The large balcony/terrace made the holiday. Fantastic views, sun from approximately 11am onwards. Space for 2 sun beds with room for table and chairs. Very private. The receptionist, Gabriela was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Great personality and an asset to the hotel. Her receptionist colleague was also very helpful. I want to thank our room lady Luz Belen. The room was……
