“The property is exactly as advertised. It is a bargain for its location, just 3 blocks from 5th Avenue and from the beach in the very nice and modern Colonia Zazhil-Ha. There are some very nice outdoor spaces, a plunge pool, and the room is well appointed comfortable. There’s a Roku TV, a coffeemaker, refrigerator, hot plate, breakfast bar, AC, even a book shelf with books. when you’re in Playa, you probably won’t spend much time in your room, but it’s nice to have a comfy, affordable option……

“Todo genial! Desde la recepción con Laura que nos atendió de maravilla, el lugar es cómodo, tiene una pequeña piscina, la habitación tenía refri, micro, una parrilla, trates, super bien! Lo único y es una cosa mínima es que la regadera no salía mucha agua y la que salía mojaba todo menos a mí, pero se soluciona fácil. Está un poquito retirado del centro pero tiene cerca dos supermercados. Personalmente amé el lugar. P.D. la aplicación no me dejó agregar fotos 😕”

“This property is not a Cancun 'beach' vacation. Definitely beautiful property but a bit confusing to navigate and a lot of walking involved - which isn't a bad thing, just be prepared to walk. If you decide to use the shuttle service you could waste a lot of time just waiting for pick up. Dining out is a bit pricy, Would be nice if all rooms had kitchettes or at least microwave (but did have small fridge and coffee pot) - which ours did not.”

“The top pool was always under maintenance, the place conditions can improve 10x within very little budget, internet it is something you cannot count on it. I was working during my stay and it was a big disappointment and hustle for me. On the other hand, it's located in a great area, staff was willing to help but no actions were taken, I had problems with my aircon. Kept dripping water on my eye all night long. Over all it was a Ok experience.”

"Xcaret Arte is the best resorts i have ever been. All the staffs are easygoing and smile to you as always. I have been to many countries and islands to spend my holiday. This time is the most impressive and unforgettable memory with my parents to celebrate their anniversary. The resort has perfect view and culture atmosphere. It not just a resort but an art park. You can choose to attend classes, eat different fine dining, and join the diversified tour. I shared my pictures with my friends and recommended Xcaret to them. I will come time and time again.
