Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.
There is construction or maintenance work in the area, there may be construction noise during the day.
We ask you to follow the rules for better coexistence with neighbors and the entire environment:
- The reservation is only for registered guests, no visitors or additional guests, nor pets are allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the property, during the day at a moderate volume and with doors and windows closed.
- Do not use towels to wipe off makeup or tanning cream.
- The toilets in the area do not allow papers inside the toilet bowl and also to protect the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because they can become clogged and contaminate a lot.
- It is not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of neighbors.
- We ask that you do not leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment. If you do not know where to throw the garbage, please contact us.
