REMEMBER THE RULES AND ENJOY YOUR STAY:

✘ Parties are not allowed.
✔️ Quiet hours between 10pm y 8am.
✘ Do not hang clothing or towels in windows, balconies or visible from public areas.
✘ Towels are not allowed to clean or remove makeup or dye your hair.
✘ Do not throw paper or objects in the WC
✘ Do not use air conditioning if there is no one on the property or with open windows or doors
✘ You can not use the pool with casual clothes and the swimsuit is mandatory. Please respect pool times.
✘ Food and drinks in glass containers in the pool area are forbidden.
✘ Do not exceed the speed limit of 10 km/h in the condominium or parking lots.
✘ Do not throw or leave garbage out of the apartment.
✘ Pets are not allowed.
✘ Do not smoke inside the property
✘ Do not use illegal substances.
✔️ The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
✔️ Please let us know if you see a water leak.
✔️ Respect the security staff and neighbors.
- For each rule that is not fulfilled, you can charge up to $ 200 USD penalty

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel costs $ 20 US each.
- Reservations of more than 6 nights include only 20kW of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $ 5 pesos per kW extra. (Enough with a normal use)
