Awesome stay!!!

Location was fantastic! Short walking distance to both 5th avenue and MEGA store! Used Private pool on top of penthouse everyday! Must wear shoes though when coming in from pool and using stairs. Very very slippery. Cute pastry shop and a small cafe which makes fresh pasta daily right across the street from condo if you are looking for a meal other than Mexican. There is a Mexican restaurant kiddy corner from condo. Food and service is great!! There is a pool inside the restaurant that can be used during the day!! Management company was superb to deal with. Highly recommend this location if looking for a place not far from the beach and the busyness of 5th ave!!

Penthouse rental

Roof top is nothing like the pictures. Was not luxury or clean. You have to pay extra for using more power/kw allowed. Their check in book says 200kw week. Take that divide by 7 days and times by number days you are staying. This is not spelled out in the check in book or during booking. Common areas and bedrooms were nice. Tried to charge me for an extra person when I booked 5. To get to unit it's 3 flights of stairs and 3 to access all floors of penthouse. Would ensure all guest are able to accommodate the stairs.
