The kitchen is granite, is fully equipped and has a turntable.



Its beautiful infinity pool is complemented by a set of loungers and umbrellas to spend a good day of rest. In case you want to bathe in the sea, this property offers direct access to the white sand. This condominium is located next to the iconic lighthouse of Playa del Carmen, on 10th Street and the beach, two blocks (one minute walking) from the pedestrian Fifth Avenue, with many options for eating and shopping.



- Please note that "El Faro Residences" is located in a tourist area; so there may be noise, especially during holidays, as they are permitted by authorities during legal hours.

- If you rent a car, there is parking on site for $15 USD per night (reservation required).
