「el general el hotel está bien pero tiene areas de oportunidad: -mi calificacion para el personal es 10/10 pues son atentos, ambles y serviciales. -las albercas estan limpías y bonitas.(10/10) -muy limpio el patio y el area de albercas(10/10) -hay camastros perooo no hay mesitas para poner tus cosas(8/10) -obviamente es un hotel ya con sus años de uso y eso implica mantenimiento (en mi habitación la regadera tenia goteras(5/10), el lavabo estaba tapado(5/10) y desaguaba muy lento, el aire...

「Rooms were not cleaned once during our five day stay. I had requested a lower floor due to disabilities and was put on the 4th floor, no elevators. When questioned the staff replied that requests are suggestions only, they don't have to accomodate, and wouldn't. Parking was extremely limited, our car was blocked in and we did not have access to it for the first 3 days there. I would not recommend this hotel」

「Overall, my stay was good and I enjoyed the experience. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The amenities were nice and everything was generally well maintained. However, the WiFi was inconsistent and difficult to rely on at times, which was a bit frustrating.
