「I had stayed at one of the properties before and liked it. This visits was very different in quality. The house was not very clean. We found chips on the floor and the refrigerator smelled like the catch of the day was stored in it. They sent someone to clean it out again once we complained but they had to send someone again the next morning because the smell would not go away.
The pool was dirty but they sent someone to clean it the next morning. The anchoring for the glass on the porch ...
