“I don’t think I’ve ever given a 1 start but we had a bad experience on pretty much everything, the staff were fairly nice, but the pool was green/dirty, the bathroom sink was falling apart and it only had hot water. The shower faucet only had cold water. The floor was dirty by the night stand. No mini fridge, no phone to connect to reception.
