"The room is clean and basically got everything you need. The location makes you easier to connect with the city. Most of the staffs are helpful and nice. But one grumpy man with bad attitude nearly ruined our stays in Paris. You would know who is he if you have a chance to seek for help from him. Bad attitude and unpleasant words. "

The location is great, very close to the CDG shuttle, and there's a Monoprix right outside the entrance where you can buy food (but be aware it might close after 9 PM). Next door is the airport bus stop, with many buses going directly to the nearby Aeroville mall (which has a great supermarket). The room was a standard IBIS hotel, perfectly adequate. The highlight was the many wonderful lounge areas downstairs near the lobby, and the cafe next door even had a free microwave, perfect for reheating refrigerated lunch boxes bought at the airport. Oh, and there's also the Iwall virtual interactive game on the first floor, which was fun to watch many children playing. These are two key points that give IBIS a perfect score. Also, I'd like to add a point that other travelers might be interested in: luggage storage costs 12 euros per day. I didn't leave my luggage there.
One drawback is that the hairdryer in the bathroom is difficult to use. Although the air is hot enough, the handle becomes extremely hot and cannot be used.

"The staff were very very very friendly! They always provided necessary service and info timely.
Also, the hotel location is good, it will not take much time on foot to reach Sacré-Cœur, Galeries Lafayette and good restaurants.
Briefly, I like the cozy hotel, and I will come back when I visit Paris!"
