“Hello, unfortunately the answer is not accepted for the following reasons:
1. The San Remo hotel did NOT have the reservation made by Expedia. Consequently, they did not allow me to register until after 5 in the afternoon, registering my debit card since they could not find the reservation through Expedia.
2. The hotel once managed to register me pending finding the reservation or charging me again, it gave me the room that did NOT match the photos in the publication, the room was disgustingly……
