"My grown family and their kids flew out this morning at 4:00, other group was 10:00 today, and my flight back to USA leaves 11:30 tonight and staff provided me with a 2:00 late check out, and they will store my 3 large bags until I return back here around 8:00 and shuttle to SJO Airport. "AC was ancient and noisy, unable to control the temperature, the front door window was cracked, like it was hit by something or someone. Not very comforting. Very disappointing."

"The staff was good and the place was decent clean but the building need an urgen overhaul. Was supposed to have a full size bed instead these rooms only have 2 twin beds sticking together to look like a full or queen size. The TV in my room was one of those clunky fat and small that I havent seen since like 2010. The only good thing about the building is the location."

"I arrived after 10pm so could not get the shuttle, however the host was nice and I had no problems getting in (they buzzed me in right away though the door was closed for the night). The bedding did not look or smell clean. I travelled so long I accepted my fate but if I was remotely awake I would have asked them to replace. I chose a double and it was a double bed but also two (unused) bunks in the room. I slept there as the sheets looked fresher. The hotel is in a very cool building and common areas were very neat. Staff was all friendly, at least on check in and in the restaurant where I waited for my shuttle after checkout. The food I believe is from next door and was delicious. Location is right in town. Overall I would stay here again for the price and value."
