“We stayed at this property for a long weekend, we arrived 5 hours before check in so thought we’d drop the bags in, the staff were so helpful and they actually had a room available for us. The apartment itself was beautiful, everything was clean and very spacious, the coffee machine was a god send in the mornings and we were able to get refills from the reception area. “It's a modern design hotel, with everything you need. Super comfortable bed, fast wifi. Service is great, helpful. Free mini bar. “My first fully digital experience. I was unaware at booking but had experienced Citizen M hotels where it was 90% digital, so I was not concerned. Prior communication from the hello ironed out everything for check in and arriving went smoothly. The room was stylish, had good storage and felt comfortable. Great bathroom, lovely dreamy bed, and quiet. Being there for 3 nights I did not need my bed made daily or bathroom cleaned. This would happen if I stayed a week from my understanding.”
