“We used the hotel as a stopping base for days in Bruges and Lille. Staff were really welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Parking was on the streets and as my wife has mobility problems they reserved a space outside the doors..also able to use a secured garage. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and easily accessible. Absolutely no complaints with restaurant and bar. If we do something similar wouldn't hesitate in booking again”

“Listing for this booking hides that towels and parking are not available without additional costs, and that beds need to be made by guests and rubbish taken out by guests. Bringing towels with us from abroad and taking them back as wet towels wasn’t something I was expecting when I made the booking. All of this is mentioned on the follow up communication ”
