Gîte L'escale Portsallaise

Detached house located 200 m from the beach and 1.5 km from the port of Portsall with its small shops, restaurants, bars and nautical center, at the end of which is the anchor of the Amoco Cadiz.

Description
Portsall is a pretty little port on the tip of Finistère, in the commune of Ploudalmézeau. You can walk or cycle along the coast, enjoy the white sandy beaches, visit the Moulin Neuf public garden or enjoy a meal at the crêperie du château d'eau with its exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding area. Nearby, the communes of Le Conquet and Lanildut offer departures to the islands of Ouessant and Molène. In Milizac, you can have fun at the amusement park "La Récré des 3 Curés". In Brest, you can visit Océanopolis, the Musée de la Marine, the Tour Tanguy, etc., as well as the commercial port and the Moulin Blanc marina. Many other sights await you in our beautiful region...

Detached house with enclosed garden 200 m from the beach. On the first floor, you'll find an entrance hall, a lovely fully-equipped kitchen with central island, a bright and spacious living room with pellet stove, a bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 190, a shower room with shower and vanity unit, a toilet with washbasin and a storeroom. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 with ample storage space, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200, a bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200, a bathroom and a toilet. There's also a 40 m² garage for a car, bicycles, water sports equipment, etc. with a laundry area, ping-pong table and toy chest (see photo). Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and a large 2000 m² enclosed garden (walls and fences, electric gate and wicket gate). Private parking on the property.

Super gîte à Portsall

Gite très propre et très très bien aménagé. Très grand et très confortable pour 8 personnes tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. A recommander sans problème.
