Large, cosy single-family house "Les Romarins". 5.5 km from the centre of Plouescat, 15 km from the centre of Lesneven, 50 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Private: property 700 m2, well-kept garden lawn and wildlife garden. Motor access (50 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars), single garage. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bakery 3.5 km, bus stop 3.9 km, sandy beach 200 m, thermal baths "Thalasso Roscoff" 23 km. Marina 2 km, golf course (9 hole) 6 km, sailing school 4 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. Nearby attractions: Meneham, Kerlouan 20 km, Roscoff,jardin Botanique, Île de Batz 23 km, Morlaix 35 km, Oceanopolis Brest 60 km. Hiking paths: GR34, sentier des douaniers 20 m.
