“The apartment was good , room a bit smaller than we thought but the extension was good because it was covered so we had to leave our suitcases there. There was dishes, cups, glasses, cooking hob but no kettle, no coffee maker and no sauce pan. On enquiry, we were first told no kettle was to be supplied and later , yes they can give us a kettle at least which they did a day later. We had WiFi for half a day and apparently they were working on restoring it until we left 4 days after. We had to use……

“Une incompréhension de l’hôte qui ne trouvait pas ma réservation car j’avais réservé avec Hôtel.com et il me disait ne pas travailler avec Hôtel.com alors qu’il avait mon nom et mon numéro de réservation et en fait Hôtel.com appartient à Expedia il n’a pas fait le lien entre les deux. Il a fallu contacter Expédia par téléphone qui on contacté l’hôte pour lui expliquer ensuite l’hôte a bien voulu me donner le code de la boîte à clé pour enfin accéder à l’appartement.
