Staff were so helpful, especially lily who made such a difference to our stay, placing our rooms together with adjoining doors. And she sorted out our drink vouchers. She’s a gem! Great hotel, really central and comfortable. Will come back for sure. Thank you!

Check in was easy and parking underneath the hotel was good price Our room was clean with king size bed and everything we needed for a one night stay We appreciated the complimentary vouchers for a drink at the bar and coffee the next morning Our only issue was the carpet by the bathroom door was damp and the bathroom smelt a little ‘off’ We did mention this on check out so hopefully it will be sorted (room 228)

Clean room friendly staff. Only downside was toiletries in shower were watered down and practically empty. Luckily I had brought my own toiletries. There was a connecting door in my room to the one next door. I could hear their TV late into the night so little bit disruptive

Excellent service from the receptionist on the day! We were attending the wedding and after speaking to the member of the reception team in the day, we were checked-in early, which allowed us to change clothes, leave the luggage, park the car and leave it there, get a taxi and enjoy the day. Thank you so much!

Been using this hotel for a number of years as son is at uni in Plymouth Room is basic but clean and adequate They tend to have lots of coach parties which devour the breakfast - so breakfast can be a bit depleted Staff on the whole very friendly Bar shut at 10 pm and we had to try and find some tap water to drink which was a bit annoying!
