"This place was amazing. I loved the porch and being able to hear the waterfall. Looking out the big window/slider at the mountains was great. I think it would be better if they did fix the door so it would open though. We only slept in the bottom queen. It was very comfortable. Our Havanese dog Darby enjoyed the cabin too. We placed his bed in front of the fireplace and he took all his snoozes there. We enjoyed the cass scenic railroad (34 min away), New river gorge bridge walk (2 hours away), blackwater falls (2 hours away), and some of the other hiking was 45-60 minutes away. We went in July so it wasn’t very busy which was great given the off season of skiing and snowboarding. Kitchen was stocked nicely. There was a coffee maker and a keurig k cup machine. The place was clean and bathrooms nice. I’m not sure cars would make it very well up the driveway but our RAV4 did wonderful. We were very happy and wish we would have gotten to use the hot tub but with the rain, didn’t want to off balance chemicals; or get our heads rained on. I bet this place is gorgeous in the fall."
