“In general it was an excellent experience. The staff were helpful and professional, the property was well maintained, the rooms were clean and spacious. The only recommendations we would make would be to have two transports into town rather than just one each hour. The air conditioning worked well but was very noisy.”
“We had a wonderful time here! Everything is within walking distance (restaurants, museums, bicycle etc.), beautiful backyard, wonderful people work here!We will definitely visit this place again. Highl recommended to his is hotel!”
“lovely quaint hotel, great location, sweet leaning continental breakfast, inviting entrance and common area.
would like to see an upgraded coffee experience, but one of the best coffee shops on island is across the street. will return”
“The friendly staff were helpful and there to help with any of your needs from the restaurant recommendations to providing great blueberry muffins. The location was convenient to everything that the island has to provide. Rooms are small but provide everything that you need to be comfortable. Very quaint. ”
“The Brass Lantern was a great place to stay. Convenient to many shops and restaurants. There is a beautiful garden area with seating. Breakfast was delicious each morning and the staff was very eager to please. We would definitely stay there again.”
“The internet was very reliable and the breakfast was continental. This location was very convenient to restaurants and shops. The walk to the ferry is about 20 minutes and the neighborhood was very safe at night. Dave was a great host. Thank you.”
“This is the perfect location for exploring Nantucket and the downtown area you can walk to virtually everything took me five minutes to get off the ferry to the house . The manager was very present at the property and very communicative sharing restaurant recommendations and just very helpful with
stories about the filming downtown of the Elin Hildebrand movie . Very nice kitchen area with French bistro chairs, a nice gathering place for the guests. A warm inviting place to stay .”
