The house is spacious and located in popular Arrowhead Lakes with their many amenities. Swim, fish, canoe or kayak right from the backyard! Relax on a large deck and enjoy beautiful sunsets and Fall Foliage! Outside security cameras are installed in the front and back for additional safety.

For larger groups, this home can be rented along with the adjacent residence to accommodate up to 20 guests.

This lovely cottage offers a modern, well-appointed kitchen, cathedral ceilings, a spacious great room with a bar, pool table and a wood burning fireplace. There are books, board games, foosball and an arcade machine in the basement There are also three (3) TVs, DVD players and a Wii to keep the kids busy. Warm up on chilly nights with the remote controlled gas fireplace in the living room. Grill your dinners on the outdoor propane grill.

Unlike other properties, firewood, propane gas, and our boats are all included!

There is a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and toaster oven and a washer/dryer. Cable TV and WiFi Internet access is free. Canoes, kayaks, and standup paddleboards (SUPs), are available for your use (waiver required) from April through October. The lake is stocked with trout, bass, perch, and pickerel! The property is located right less than 1/4 mile from Beach 3 (one of the 4 public beaches) in Arrowhead and the driveway can accommodate eight (8) cars.

Bring your bikes and ride to other amenities in the community including 3 outdoor heated pools (seasonal), 4 beaches with playgrounds, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, and the newly-built lakeside lodge with a fitness center!
