“A truly beautiful place, with incredibly friendly staff, a marvelous view, and very convenient access to many attractions. Ski rentals are right on-site, along with transportation to the gondola. We loved it and will definitely be back!”

“Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. Anyway, the hotel is not new which is pretty noticeable. No elevators (even for 4th floor), room had some strange old smell and there was no WiFi signal in the room. Breakfast on the other hand was……
