Minutes away from Disney, Universal, LegoLand, shopping malls, MLB spring training camps, 1 1/2 hours from either coast, 45-60 minutes from either Tampa or Orlando airports. This 1100 hundred square feet retreat features 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a bunk queen/ twin XL. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. The living room offers additional sleeping space with a comfy pull-out queen sofa bed and recliner. Enjoy modern amenities like a fully-stocked kitchen, 3 TVs, WiFi, central AC & heating, computer workspace, sewing area, screened lanai with recliners/sofa, washer & dryer. Strategically placed skylights allow the Florida sunshine in while keeping the heat out. Four ceiling fans keep the air-conditioned air flowing. Heated community pool and shaded party area. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
