Your OBX adventure begins at this 1-bedroom apartment in Point harbor. The turn off for the property is right before the bridge so don't miss it! Step inside this cool space featuring a terrific view of the Albemarle Sound out your back door. Fishing and crabbing off our beautiful pier are some of the best. If you prefer to bring your boat, the launch is just minutes away. The beach, shopping and restaurants are just 3 miles away. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, WiFi, and AC during your stay. This is an efficiency downstairs apartment with no stove and limited cookware. We do offer a full-size refrigerator, micro, smoker and a grill for your convenience. Happy to welcome our fabulous guests to this cozy retreat. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Great location. Views from all windows. Easy to find and close to Outer Banks. Great place to relax! No stove so took things to mic. Will definitely use again if in area. Thanks for use!

It was a great get-away! We really enjoyed the stay. Susan was always prompt on her replies and very accurate on what we could expect. No stove or can opener so bring prepared food (this is clear from Susan's description). Also, there are tons of places to eat out. We are very pleased with our stay here.

Perfect get away spot

The listing is extremely accurate. Spotless and well appointed. The layout allows you to separate your bedroom from the living space. Parking right in front of your door.Great porch on front and back of the space. Everything you need for outdoor entertainment, including a fire pit, grill and a double set of gas burners on back patio area. We were not looking for a place that included a kitchen and this was perfect, there were certainly accommodations for cooking if you wanted. I would rate a 10 for us, as they say it is all in the details.

We really loved staying here, it’s a beautiful spot on the water and not a far drive from the beach and the shops in duck. There’s only a kitchenette so we ended up eating out a lot. Great hosts and would stay here again!
