"I had a few challenges with my internet connection to use the app but the staff returned calls, emails and gave great reassurance. Our room was very clean, tidy and comfortable, we had a good nights stay and sleep in preparation for our early morning flight, the location is fabulous , close to great choice of dining options and easy route to the airport. This is a good affordable overnight stay. Thanks Pegasus"

"The room and bedding were clean. A broken, tilted lamp as you walk in is slightly off putting. We did not notice the map and sign to the left of the late check in machine so went inside the building looking for our unit. Perhaps if you placed the map on the right hand side of the machine it would be clearly visible."

"Have stayed here a few times. Only 2min walk to Chermside Westfield. There’s a simple free breakfast available which is fantastic and done by volunteers who should hold their heads high. Rooms are good and have everything needed. Inside the room was clean but the balconies are a little grubby but cleaning them wouldn’t be easy. Would recommend and will stay again."
